The #endbadgovernance# protest which entered its fifth day on Monday assumed a chaotic dimension in Kaduna, North Central Nigeria when protesters resorted to looting banks, looting offices and smashing vehicles belonging to individuals, private and public establishments.

The protesters, mostly youths also raised Russian flags and publicly made overtures to the military overthrow the Civilian Government and return to military rule.

They also forcefully took over an Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) from police on security duty.

The protests in Kaduna have been largely fueled by widespread dissatisfaction with the government’s handling of economic hardships, leading to calls for drastic measures.
